Nagarjuna drops new pics from Naga Chaitanya-Sobhita Dhulipala’s wedding; shares, “My heart is overflowing with gratitude”

The celebrity couple Naga Chaitanya and Shobita Dhulipala tied the knot at Chay’s family’s film studio, Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, on Wednesday (December 4). A day after sharing official photos of the lovely couple, Nagarjuna shared a new set of pictures from his son, Naga Chaitanya.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Nagarjuna shared the photos. In the first picture, Naga and Sobhita Dhulipala were seen grinning at one another. They were both dressed in traditional white attire. While Chaitanya was spotted wearing a dhoti and kurta. On the other hand, Sobhita chose to wear a red and white saree. She wore traditional jewellery as well. The newlyweds posed with Nagarjuna and other family members in the following photo. Sharing the note, he wrote, “My heart is overflowing with gratitude. To the media, thank you for your understanding and for giving us the space to cherish this beautiful moment. Your thoughtful respect and kind wishes have added to our joy.”

He further added, “To our dear friends, family, and fans, your love and blessings have truly made this occasion unforgettable. My son’s wedding was not just a family celebration—it became a cherished memory because of the warmth and support you all shared with us.”

“From the bottom of our hearts, the Akkineni family thanks you all for the countless blessings you have showered upon us,” Naga concluded.

The newlywed couple has not officially shared photos from their wedding on social media, Nagarjuna was the first to share their official pictures. Sharing the official pictures, he wrote, “Watching Sobhita and Chay begin this beautiful chapter together has been a special and emotional moment for me. Congratulations to my beloved Chay, and welcome to the family dear Sobhita—you’ve already brought so much happiness into our lives.”

The Ghost actor added, “This celebration holds even deeper meaning as it unfolds under the blessings of ANR garu’s statue, installed to mark his centenary year. It feels as though his love and guidance are present with us in every step of this journey. I thank the countless blessings showered upon us today with gratitude.”

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s love story reportedly began in 2022 after Chaitanya’s separation from Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The two were spotted together at events, sparking dating rumours. While the duo has remained private, their growing bond and shared interests have fueled speculation about their blossoming relationship over time.

The couple got engaged in August, and the two are set to tie the knot today, i.e December 4th. The wedding would be an 8-hour-long wedding ritual according to the Telugu Brahmin traditions.
